Durham's fare-free bus service in Downtown, The Bull City Connector, is looking for input from the public. They have launched an online survey to collect information from riders and potential riders to ensure that the service is delivering what the public wants, as well as to ascertain the public perception of the service experience.
"We need input to improve transportation options in Durham," said Ieshia Robertson with the City of Durham. "We would greatly appreciate participation in our online survey about public transportation in Durham." The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and responses are completely confidential. There is an incentive for completing the survey. Respondents can enter their name into a drawing to win tickets to the opening performance of Come Fly Away at the DPAC - Durham Performing Arts Center in September. To qualify, the survey complete the survey by May 24, 2011.
